Cadet Sergeant Student Passes Two Army Qualifications in a Week

One of our Year 11 students, Cadet Sergeant Poucher from the Horncastle Detachment, had a tremendously successful half term holiday, which started with her attending the 5 day Senior Cadet Instructor’s Cadre (SCIC) where she enhanced her leadership and instructional abilities completing the course with a highly competent grade. In doing so, she became one of only two cadets in the county to have received highly commended on her SCIC. She then returned home for a few hours rest before attending the 3-Star CIS course which she also successfully passed.
As a result of her passion to succeed, dedication, and perseverance Cadet Sergeant Poucher has successfully completed the SCIC, 3-Star CIS and her 4-Star Army Cadet Syllabus over the course of her half term holiday from school. Outstanding achievement Sergeant Poucher, very well done!
